we currently can not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. however, if there is an issue with your order—such as damaged packaging or incorrect items—please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at thestudio@sieve.coffee and we’ll do our best to make it right.
we process each order with care and intention. as we are a small, seasonal studio, we appreciate your understanding that all sales are considered final.
