Shipping policy

we currently only ship within the Philippines. orders are fulfilled in small batches and prepared with care. because our coffees are released in limited collections, shipping timelines may vary slightly based on roasting schedules and product availability.

1. processing times: orders are typically packed within 3 working days after purchase. we’ll let you know over email should there e any expected delays.
2. delivery: we ship via reliable local couriers. estimated delivery times from cagayan de oro to metro manila can go between 4 to 7 days, elsewhere in the country at least one week. these timelines are estimates and may shift based on courier activity or weather conditions.
3. if something goes wrong: if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to make it right.
