these terms govern your use of sieve.coffee, the online platform of Sieve—a studio brand operated by Better Botany Pte Ltd. by using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. company details: Better Botany Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered business. these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Sieve is a creative studio and retail project under this entity.
2. orders & availability: our products are offered in limited quantities. purchases are processed in the order they’re received. if a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund promptly if eligible.
3. shipping: we currently only ship within Philippines. while we do our best to meet timelines, delays caused by couriers or weather are beyond our control.
4. returns & refunds: due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items like roasted coffee. if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll see how we can make it right.
5. site usage: you agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its systems, or use its content without permission.
6. intellectual property: all content, photography, writing, and design are the property of better botany pte ltd. they may not be used or reproduced without prior consent.
7. changes to these terms: these terms may be updated from time to time. continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
